Hi there!
I have a question about how to go about with a Co-production in China and the U.S. Depending on the funds we receive, but should I set up an independent production company LLC in the US, a special purpose entity, or set up and register a company in china in order to operate in both US and China? I’ve already done research with the censorship and approval processes I was just wondering if I have 3 partners in distribution in China how should me and my team go about it in terms of contracting with the various parties we are agreeing to work with and how will the ownership rights be clearly stated and documented? THANKS!!
